 Hello!  Guess what...?  We are at challenge #499.  I still don't know about celebrations/giveaways yet.  It will be a surprize for everyone.  Now it is time for #499.  Here are our sponsors.

This challenge I am designing with a image from Fred She Said that is titled Peony in a jar.  This image is so clean and a dream to design with.  With that said, here is what I have came up with.

I am so pissed at blogger right now.  I don't know what I am doing wrong.  So bear with me.  If I have only 1 picture so be it!

This is my card.  It's a easel card put on it's side.
if blogger will work nicely I will show you all the
steps.

At the top I put a flower that I had made and two
sections of leaves.  The panel in the center has my
image glued on and a Happy Hello greeting with
a very tiny clothespin in purple.

This is the envelope.  The paper is doubled sided
and is made by K&Co.  This stack is designed by 
Brenda Walton and has some really cute elements.
The address label and the little flower for the back
are punched out of the stack.

That's all blogger is going to let me do!  I am so sick of dealing with this.  Maybe

it's just time to migrate to Word Press.

Challenge #498

 Hello everyone!  Well what's new?  Bob and I needed help with the yard work.  I had been doing all of it due to Bob's problems.  But this year I just couldn't do it.  I do not have a self-propelled mower.  So that is a lot of pushing.  My back can't do it anymore.  I found a young man just getting started in his own landscaping business.  He came today.  What a godsend!

Now on to my creation.  I have used Daisy Panel Image #182 from SheepSki Designs.  I love how crisp and clean the digi images are from this company.  So here is what I have created.

The envelope and card base are from a big stack 
I bought from a thrift store.  The background paper
is from a very old (2008) K&Company Pad designed
by Brenda Walton.  The image was printed on some
AC pink card and colored with PrismaColor pencils.
The 2 bunches of flowers are from K&Co. (2013) and
I think that they are spot on for color.

This is the left inside.  I saw this sentiment and
started laughing out loud.  I printed it on more of
the background paper in green ink.  These flowers
are from a JOT set from $1 store.

On the right inside, the background paper has been
 printed in hot pink and says Happy Birthday Dear Jody. 
The flowers are the rest from the JOT stickers from
$1 Store.

Jody lives in AK and so I needed to send it early.  She doesn't read my blog so we are all good.
