On to my creation.  Please remember if there are boo-boos it's because my eyes are still healing.  My image is called Daisy Dreams by Hetty Clare.  Such a fun image to work with.  Here is the finished project.

Here is my card.  Papers are American Crafts orange and yellow 
solids and print is from a thrift store.  Sticker is a phrase from
Mary Englebrecht. I die cut the crown out of Dollar Store 
mirrored purple.  Gems are from Darice.  Sprinkles are  birthday
cakes and stars confetti.  Colored in a combination of Arteza and
Prismacolor Pencils.

The inside is more printed paper.  I embossed
in Green a very pretty happy birthday stamp.

Friends and the daisy are stickers that I have
had since dirt.  My company sticker also resides
here.

Here is a close up for the confetti.  I just can't 
seem to photograph shiny items.

So that is it for this fortnights challenge.  I hope I have inspired you to dig out those pencils and color something.  It will lower your blood pressure and does wonders for your stress.

Penny's Challenge #487

 Well after 2 cataract surgeries and the healing that must take place I am finally able to say "I'm back to creating!"  My eyes are healing nicely and will probably keep changing for the next 6 months to a year.  But I am back to my colouring and loving life again.

Now on to my project.  I have repurposed a tea tin into a candy box for Valentines Day.  I made this while my eyes were still healing so please disregard the whoops.

I have a list of all the colors used on 'Dottie Save The Earth' digital image by Bugaboostamps.com. Just email me.  So this was done using all scraps from the many projects I do.  The ribbon on the sides is from a beach themed scrapbooking kit.  Little gems are from Joanns.  So here it is.

I must apologize.  I didn't take pics to show the 
creation of the candy box.  Thought I had but
so is life.

Here is the completed repurposed tea tin.  It really
was a perfect fit for this project.  I just love how
my project came together.
