Hello all! How was your Halloween? Here at home I make special packages filled with goodies for the littles across and next door to me. But, my daughter and daughter in law live in a very affluent area in Salem, OR, USA. They are finding out that their area is where everyone loves to trick or treat. They had a grand total of 406, yes 406 kids visit. They gave out 6 really large bags of candy (the Costco size ones). Just amazing. That's my update! Here are this challenge sponsors.

I think that I used every color in marker, pens and colored pencils I own. The card is from Joanns. The blue mirrored paper is from Dollar Tree. Die cut behind image is from Spellbinders and the corner decorations are leftovers of the die cut. This image actually took about 4 tries before I was satisfied with the results. Love how the blending turned out. I used my sparkle gel pens and metallic colored pencils to add some bling. I colored her skin a very light powder blue. Her hair is blue gel pen and her eyes are green. |

Here is a better image of the front. I have made it into an easel card. |

The bottom of the easel card is shown above. You can now see the actual die shape. The Merry Christmas is another die from KSCraft cut out of red glitter. The easel stop is a pretty star with a clear gem in the middle.

This is the envelope. |
Well what do you think? I actually am pretty pleased with myself. Learned a couple new tricks and new techniques for coloring. I am a happy camper!!! So from my heart to yours,
Stay Safe, Stay Healthy and know you are blessed.

Happy Veteran's Day! |
