Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge #591

Hello everyone!  As I type this, my community in Oregon has a tornado and high wind warning.  I have only heard a tornado warning once before in my entire life.  So the next few hours should be interesting.  Here are the sponsors for challenge #591, anything goes using paper.

Fred She Said

LeAnns World 101

Amazing Sponsors.  Penny's Challenge is proud to promote these two.  Wonderful images to fit just about every situation.  Please go show some love and give a thank you!

My image is from Fred She Said and called Sunflowers.   Here is what I have created.

I just love how this turned out.  I have used a tutorial from
Mixed Up Craft. Here is the link for the Pretty Centre Step Easel Card.
Next I had some very old Recollections brown 12x12 paper so that
was perfect.  I knew that I wanted to use some gold holographic
mirrored paper.  I sorted through all the paper I had and finally
found some that would work.  Had the brads for a long time.
I took the image of the sunflowers and printed them with my
lazer printer to red foil the card.  I used Prismacolor Pencils and
a picture of a red sunflower on my monitor colored the sunflowers
to the best of my abilities.  (Dr. says it could be as long as 6 months
before I get all movement back in my left arm).  I cut the panels
to the correct size and glued them on.  Found the little sunflowers
in my sticker files to create the stop for the easel card.  Punched holes
for the brads and placed them on the card.  I used a die to cut the
Happy Birthday out of red mirror paper.  The front is
complete.

This is the inside of the card.  It is an area to write a little note.

I found in my sticker drawer these beautiful stickers.  They
have foam underneath to pop them up.  3 sunflowers and 1
paintbrush.

This is the back of the easel card.

A super close-up of the sunflowers.

The brads.

I am so happy that you could take a little break and see what I have created.  I hope you can play along with us at Penny's Challenges.  I will be back in a fortnight with another project to inspire you.

So from my heart to yours, Stay Healthy, Stay Safe and know you are blessed!
