Challenge rules for Createful Hearts Challenges

Hello everyone!

Mary has made some changes to the rules for the challenges at Createful Hearts.  It's very important that 'YOU READ THE RULES' before entering.  I want to see your lovely creations not have them barred.  So take a look...

CHALLENGE RULES:

Rules & Guidelines

• Challenges are monthly, beginning the 15^th of the month at 8 a.m. EDT and ending the 14^th at Midnight EDT of the following month.
• You may enter up to 3 projects for each challenge.
• Projects must be new. NO BACK LINKS to previous posts.
• Use Inlinkz to link your project(s) to your post, not your whole blog.
• Your blog post must include a link back to Createful Heart Digis & Designs blog.
• You are free to combine with other challenges. If you use one of our images in your challenge and enter it into other challenges, you must link our image back to ourEtsy Shop.
• All themes are Anything Goes. However, all digital artwork is to be hand colored,not digitalized. Colored pencils, markers, etc., as long as they are hand colored.
• You may use any digital artist; however, we do reserve the right to remove projects we feel is inappropriate for this challenge blog. No “dark” images, such as skull and crossbones, gothic, demons, and please no "cute" type of ghosts, witches, jack-o-lanterns, costumes, anything that would be for Halloween isn't allowed.  We are a family and child friendly blog. Please respect this.  Thank you!

Ready for some fun?

Good morning and WELCOME!  Today is the first challenge post for the amazing designer Mary Smith and her challenge blog Createful Heartcards.  I am very humbled to be a part of this new beginning.  I think you will love Mary's designs and her husband is a designer also.  Each challenge for the for see able future is anything goes.  So lets get this party started!  But first the colors I used for this months image...

So my image this month is called sweet hearts.  It is available in Mary's ESTY shop.  Here is what I used to make my design:
SIVO Colored Pencils: (These pencils are from India and have very soft lead)
     Brown, Dk. Brown and Red
Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers
     FS1, FS2, TB4, IG2, LY2, LY3, IG4 AND DR4
3M 45 spray adhesive
Mirror paper from Dollar Tree
Blue card stock from Paper House
Printed ATOM paper from Joanns

My tools I can't live without:
Needle nosed tweezers, quilting ruler, rotary cutter, huge cutting mat and some stuff I will remember next month.
