On to my project.  I have made a new baby card.  I fell in love with the image from All Dressed Up Stamps called Pitter Patter Raindrops.  My DIL sister is expecting a baby that has been 10 years in the making.  Big sister is 10 years older but I would imagine will be a strong protector of little brother.  So here is my new baby card.

I have used solid card by American Crafts and
printed paper is from a baby boy kit I have had
around for years.  I colored the image using Prisma
colored pencils.  The lettering was cut on my Silver
Bullet 24" Pro with scraps and a background
shadow added.

Inside is the same solid and printed paper.  The
'It's a Boy' is a sticker from the new baby kit.  (I
bought this kit at Ross Dress For Less back in
2011)

I just wanted to show off my new design for my
blog stickers.  I put one on the back of each project.

Short and sweet this fortnight.  My daughters will show me all the new baby pics in the next few days.  Can't wait!

Let's get started.  I am using a image from Bugaboo Stamps called We One Ice Cream Wagon.  This is just an adorable image and here is the background story about my creation.

Where I live, it's open season for door-to-door salespeople.  So I make a new sign each year with a snazzy phrase.  I have even had salespeople come back just to see the new sign.  So here it is.

The sign is a 12x12 American Crafts sheet cut in
half (so 6x12).  The background paper is a seasonal
12x12 pad that I got at Ross Dress For Less many
moons ago.  So cute with the ice cream bars.

Here is a close-up.  The image was colored using
Prismacolor Pencils. Bright colors that remind me
of summer were chosen.

On vellum. I printed my phrase for this year.

So that is my sign for the front storm door.  I think the salespeople will get a big kick out of it.  Might have to save this one.  Oh forgot to tell you.  I am going to laminate the sign to protect it from sun damage and fading.

This challenge I am designing with a image from Fred She Said that is titled Peony in a jar.  This image is so clean and a dream to design with.  With that said, here is what I have came up with.

I am so pissed at blogger right now.  I don't know what I am doing wrong.  So bear with me.  If I have only 1 picture so be it!

This is my card.  It's a easel card put on it's side.
if blogger will work nicely I will show you all the
steps.

At the top I put a flower that I had made and two
sections of leaves.  The panel in the center has my
image glued on and a Happy Hello greeting with
a very tiny clothespin in purple.

This is the envelope.  The paper is doubled sided
and is made by K&Co.  This stack is designed by 
Brenda Walton and has some really cute elements.
The address label and the little flower for the back
are punched out of the stack.

That's all blogger is going to let me do!  I am so sick of dealing with this.  Maybe

it's just time to migrate to Word Press.
