Penny's Challenge #504

Hello everyone!  Happy September.  Fall is almost here (thank goodness)  I am a fall girl. I love the smell of fall and all the celebrations.  I even like the heavy fog in the mornings.  Ahhhhhh Fall I love you so!!!  Now on to this fortnights challenge.  Let's see who our fabulous sponsors are.

Paper Nest Dolls

Two of my favorite sponsors.  Love to design for them.  Clean images and just plain fun to color, what's not to like!  Go show some love everyone!

On to my project.  I am using a image from Leanns World 101 entitled 'Steve'.  Steve is a tourist on vacation.  In my imagination, Steve has traveled many places.  So here is my card featuring Steve.

Here is Steve in all his glory.  I colored Steve using
Prismacolored pencils.  I printed out a straw hat
texture and printed his hat on to it.  I fussy cut it
and then colored the hat band.  The location stamps
are from StampinUp (many moons ago).  I stamped
them using Ranger inks and put a brad through
each one.  Seafoam green card, circle paper are all
American Crafts.  The top paper is the lagoon in
Venice Italy and made by Paper House. The
'vacation' word is a sticker.

Now you can see the polkadot paper.  I tried to
use those colors for the card.  The globe and the
word 'explore' are stickers I had from a travel
themed layout I made.

Do you see the palm tree?  I just thought that
this was a cool looking piece of paper to use.

Back of card.

If you look closely, the address label is water.

I hope you like what I have made with 'Steve'.  I don't know where he ended up
visiting but my bet is Mexico because of the coconut he is drinking out of.

Thank you for visiting my blog today.  As always if you have any questions, just use the link.  See you again next fortnight.

Stay Safe, Stay Healthy and know that you are blessed!
